Refunds & Cancellation

Krishna Darshan sells minute packs — a fixed number of voice-call minutes you can use at any time. Minutes are credited to your account once your payment is verified, and are consumed as you speak with Krishna.

• Payment failed but money debited.If your UPI or card was charged but no minutes appeared on your account, email us with the transaction ID. We'll either credit the minutes manually or refund within 5–7 business days.
• Duplicate payment.If you accidentally paid for the same plan twice within 24 hours, we'll refund the duplicate after we confirm.
• Service unavailable.If the service is down for an extended period and you bought a pack you cannot use, we'll either extend your validity or refund the unused portion.
• Unused balance, within 7 days.If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase and have not used any of the minutes from that pack, we'll refund the full amount.

• Minutes that have already been consumed in calls. Once you speak with Krishna, those minutes are not refundable.
• Free or promotional minutes (e.g. the trial pack or phone-bonus minutes). These are gifts, not paid balance.
• Requests made more than 7 days after a purchase, except in the failure / duplicate / outage cases above.
• Accounts found to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

Email support@krishnadarshan.live from the email address you signed in with. Include:

• The plan you bought (10 minutes / 30 minutes / 1 hour).
• The UPI or card transaction ID.
• The reason for the refund.

We acknowledge the request within 48 hours and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Krishna Darshan does not run on a recurring subscription today — every minute pack is a one-time purchase. There is nothing to cancel; simply stop buying packs.
