The fastest way to get help is email. Write to us at support@krishnadarshan.live with as much detail as you can — the email you signed in with, the time of the issue, and a screenshot if relevant. We reply within 48 hours on working days.
Support hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST.
Payment issues
If you paid via UPI but minutes haven't appeared on your account within 30 minutes, email us with your UPI transaction ID and the email you signed in with. We verify and credit the minutes manually.

Account and data requests
To request a copy of your data, correct something that's wrong, or delete your account entirely, email us from the same address you signed in with. Our Privacy Policy describes what we hold and how long.
Reporting a bug or content concern
If Krishna says something that feels inappropriate, harmful, or factually wrong about the Bhagavad Gita, please email us with the date, time, and what was said. We take this seriously and use these reports to improve the persona.
Grievance officer
In line with India's IT Rules 2021 and consumer-protection guidelines, the designated grievance officer for Krishna Darshan is reachable at support@krishnadarshan.live. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
